Dr. Gabriele Travia
Dr. Gabriele Travia after graduating from the Classical High School, graduated in Medicine and Surgery with 110 cum laude in 2001 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata with an experimental thesis in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery.
After graduating, he attended the Majot Burns Center of the S. Eugerio Hospital in Rome for 6 years, where he was able to train in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
From 2008 to 2011 he was Non-Surgical Treatments Specialist at Canova Medical, Clinic of Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine in Manchester (UK).
Since 2002 he has been a freelance professional in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine and has participated in numerous conferences and courses, also as a speaker and teacher, in reconstructive plastic surgery, surgical techniques, surgical anatomy, facial surgery and aesthetic medicine.
In the field of Aesthetic Medicine treatments, Dr. Gabriele Travia can boast a long experience in non-surgical face lifting, in non-surgical rhinoplasty (rhino filler), in restoring the volumes and profile of the face and in general in the use of fillers skin based on hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin in facial blemishes.
Dr. Gabriele Travia also offers consultations and treatments with advanced and negative pressure dressings (VAC Therapy) in the field of Vulnology, i.e., the treatment and care of chronic or difficult wounds: pressure sores, venous ulcers, diabetic foot, diabetic ulcers, loss of substance, surgical dehiscences, etc.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Dr. Antonia Folliero, podiatrist orthopedist, Dr. Travia carries out visits for Foot Pathology and Aesthetics.
