Dentistry and Implantology

Prof. Giuseppe Bianco, P.hD, he graduated from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome with full marks in 1998. In 1999 he moved to the United States where he obtained a Master in A.E.G.D. at New York University. – Advanced Education in General Dentistry -, after which he gets in touch with Dr. Dennis Tarnow and enrolls in the clinical Master in “implantology and bone regeneration” lasting 2 years.

Completed in 2002 he enrolled in the Master in “Esthetic Dentistry” directed by Dr. Steven Chu, also at New York University, while continuing to collaborate with Dennis Tarnow in the Implantology department.

In 2004 attended the annual course of Periodontology of Dr. Stefano Parma Benfenati and inn 2007 the annual course of Prosthetics of Dr. Mauro Fradeani. In 2009 he finished his research doctorate at the “G. D’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara with the experimental thesis on peri-implant bone resorption and platform switching technique.

He is currently Adjunct Professor of Periodontology I directed by Prof. Renato Celletti at the University of Chieti-Pescara “G. D’Annunzio” and lecturer in the postgraduate course in Implantology ad Aesthetics at the same university.

Since 2003 he has been performing private activity limited to Implantology and Aesthetics at the multi-specialist center he directs in Rome E.U.R.

Since 2010 he has been a lecturer at New York University, department of Implantology and bone regeneration. He goes to New York twice a year to lecture master students

He is the author of scientific publications in national and international journals. Active member, founder and past president of the New York University Department Implant dentistry Alumni Association (N.Y.U.D.I.D.A.A.), active member of the Academy of Osseointegration, active member of the European Academy of Osseointegration. Founding member of the Piezoelectric Academy. Tutor at the Jorio Escossia center in Fortlaza, Brasil.

Prof. Giuseppe Bianco performs the first visit, develops the treatment plan and limits his activity to surgery and dental aesthetics. He directs a team of orthodontists, endodontists, doctors in dental hygiene, gnathologists, physiotherapists and posturologists.
