Preparation
Three days before, reduce foods with high fiber content that increase intestinal gas production, therefore avoid milk, dairy products, grapes, cheeses, bread, whole meal products, carbonated drinks, coffee, chocolate, alcohol
Meat, fish, eggs, fruit without peel, water are allowed.
Fasting 8 hours before the exam
